Day 10 was not a very disciplined day (as far as my vegetarian diet). I was kinda “blue” (for no reason at all lol. Mood swing!). Any who, I’m not very proud of myself for letting my emotions get the best of me. I decided to stay positive and get back on track. So, here’s to Day 11!
Day 11: Thursday, April 7th, 2011
Breakfast: 1 slice of Pumpkin Bread
1 small glass of Silk Soy Chocolate Milk
Lunch: Cranberry Juice
2 small slices of Artisanal pizza tomato & basil
1 serving of applesauce
1 Special K Bar
Dinner: 1 SmartOnes: Orange Sesame Chicken
1 tall glass of Silk Soy Vanilla Milk
Dessert: 1 small slice of Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake
Snack: 1 medium cup of Irish Breakfast Tea
1 small bowl of Mom’s Granola
