The pumpkin bread is sooooooooo good! If you ever have the chance to read Alicia Silverstone’s The Kind Diet Cookbook, this is one recipe you MUST Try. It might even be on her website (www.thekindlife.com).
So far, I’ve lost 3 pounds on my vegetarian diet! I know it’s not that big of a deal, but for someone who has only been maintaining/gaining weight in for a year, this is great news! I’m on my way to a healthier me!
Day 9: Tuesday, April 5th, 2011
Breakfast: 1 slice of Pumpkin Bread (Alicia Silverstone’s The Kind Diet Cookbook)
1 small glass of Silk Soy Chocolate Milk
Lunch: Cranberry Juice
1 small cup of Green Tea
1 small cup of Hot chocolate No Sugar Added
2 small slices of Artisanal pizza tomato & basil
1 serving of apple juice
1 Special K Bar (100 calories)
Dinner: 1 large glass of Silk Soy Chocolate Milk
1 Clean, Mean burrito (The Kind Diet Cookbook)
Dessert: ½ slice of Pumpkin Bread (The Kind Diet Cookbook)
Snack: 1 medium cup of English Breakfast Tea
1 small bowl of Mom’s Granola (The Kind Diet Cookbook)
