Day 7!

I admit, I was a bit of a bad girl on Sunday. On the other hand, I only eat waffles once a month, so, I don’t feel too bad (lol).

On the bright side, I did 20 minutes of yoga! I haven’t exercised in two weeks (lol); I’m going to try to do yoga at least two days a week to start.

I ran out of Soy Milk. So, I had to drink 2% until I went shopping on Monday.

Day 7: Sunday, April 3rd, 2011

Breakfast: Two Whole-Wheat Waffles with a little bit of butter and maple syrup

4 Prunes

1 medium glass of 2% Reduced Fat Milk

Lunch: 1 small glass of 2% Reduced Fat Milk

1/2 of Laura’s Guacamole Mix with some tortilla chips (recipe listed in my previous post)

Dinner: Sandwich: Ciabatta Bread, Pesto, Provolone Cheese, Red Peppers,

Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Alfalfa Sprouts

1 large cup of 2% Milk (Reduced Fat)

Dessert: 3 Samoa Cookies
